Artisan Information

£45.00 for the day.

Thank you for taking an interest in being an artisan or event caterer at the Lincolnshire Day of Folk. Those of you who are regulars will know the drill. There is an event map below with specific information for artisans and event caterers. There are two sites to the artisan market, The Nun’s Close and Leadenham Teahouse, just across the traffic lights from one another. Each will have a stage featuring folk music performances throughout the day and there will be food and drink available on both sides, although coffee will just be at the Teahouse.

Market Rules:

  • The site opens for setting up at 8:00am and closes to vehicular traffic at 10:00am when the event opens to visitors and becomes a pedestrian zone.
  • Stallholder vehicles should be parked neatly behind the west-side Nun’s Close stalls in the area allocated on the map below
  • No further vehicular access will be permitted until the event closes at 4:30pm
  • Breaking down should be completed by 6:30pm.
  • This is an outside event on grass; stallholders are responsible for bringing everything they need, including tables, gazebos with appropriate wind bracing and power sources.
  • There are no electrical hook-ups available for this event
  • Stallholders must take everything take everything they brought with them including all rubbish at the end of the event
  • Please share, broadcast and spread word of the event as much as you can beforehand. #dayoflincolnshirefolk #leadenhamfolkfestival #leadenhamartisanmarket

For those of you who are already registered on this site, please go ahead and book your place in the Day of Lincolnshire Folk artisan market.

For those not yet registered, please follow the registration process. It is important that you give us a clear description of what you do and provide links to your online platforms so that we can assess your suitability for the event and achieve a good balance of artisans. We are looking for creative artisans who make their own products. This is also true of the event caterers, who have the same registration process.
